Aloha! Cluster Pays Slot Review
This is a fairly traditional slot machine with a regular number of symbols well known to most slot players. With 6 reels and All Ways Payout, this slot game is labelled with low volatility. Such slot machines provide their players highest payout per bet, yet the top amount of such payouts will be quite low.
This is normal given NetEnt adheres to Responsible Gaming principles. With this in mind, it is correct to say that these slot lovers are mostly mid-budgeted players who like the thrill of a surprisingly developed plot rather than high risks to get huge jackpots. Yet, it is worth mentioning that the max win goes to up as much as 200 000 US dollars. Not as much as almost a million in some Yggdrasil slot, but still a whole lot of real money. With a return to player (hereinafter, RTP) rating going up as much as 96.4%, the slot represents a piece of cake for different categories of players.
The game uses coins for in-game processes, these being valued from 0.01 to 2 US dollars each. The minimum allowed bet is 0.10 US dollars, the maximum allowed bet is 200 US dollars. With up to 12 free spins in the game, the slot showcases an exotic environment with Wilds, Scatters and Sticky Wins included. With a cartoony atmosphere of a Hawaiian village, the 3D graphics and symbol animations are beyond any praises. The soundtracks are great as well, the slot being a multilateral success of its development team.
The slot is fully mobile friendly, does not require downloading or installation and can be enjoyed by any player during in-house or out-doors quests. Regardless of the device or OS in use, the slot will offer an equally great gaming experience. It is quite simple to play, it is reported to require virtually no strategy, nothing to remember or care of. In spite this slot machine not being the most popular among NetEnt slot games, it is still easy to find on most online casino sites powered by this reputable Swedish gaming provider. This is clearly an indicator of its quality and standing on the market of slot games.

Symbols and Winning Combinations
Aloha! Cluster Pays has a standards symbols set, with little deviations in terms of their functioning. A winning combination is not set by reels and pay lines since this game has no pay lines these being replaced with the All Ways Pays system.
- All Ways Pays – in such a case, a winning combination is set by getting at least 9 symbols either horizontally or vertically. It might look like a lot, but slot review posts state that hitting such a combo isn’t that rare, and it really generates a cluster of guaranteed wins;
- Wild – NetEnt has introduced a deviation in functioning of this symbol changing it the extent that allowed them calling it `substitution symbol` instead. With same principle behind it, the difference is that it will change into the nearest possible symbol; only one symbol per win will be replaced;
- Sticky Win ReSpin – a quite rare opportunity to get free spins, to be cover a bit later;
- The scatter is represented by the high tropical stamp and will offer free spins;
Aloha! Cluster Pays Slot Game – Free Spins & Bonuses
As already mentioned above, there are 2 features in this slot game that provide a bonus game/ free spins the player, these options being as follow:
- Sticky Win ReSpin – in case the All Ways Pays shoots and the player gets a cluster win, this is the point to start expecting free spins; these bonus spins will keep on lasting as long as there will be symbols falling on the reels;
- The scatter is represented by the high tropical stamp, it will trigger free spins depending on the number of scatters showing up on the screen, namely:
- 3 symbols – 9 free spins with 90% of the game;
- 4 symbols – 10 free spins with 7% chance to win;
- 5 symbols – 11 free spins with 2% chance to win;
- 6 symbols – 12 free spins with 1% chance to win;
During the free spins of Aloha! Cluster Pays, players will see in action the Symbol Drop Mechanics – the low paid symbols are eliminated thereby increasing the chance to get a higher win within the spins to come.
Overall, according to slot review posts that are easy to find on the web, this slot game is described as being very simple and intuitive in terms of understanding the rules. Even players with little or no prior experience with slot games can quickly get the idea and proceed as there is no strategy required to win big. Perhaps, this is one of the reasons for the game’s popularity – with such an impressive number of features on board, even an inexperienced player has a chance to win the jackpot.
How to Play
Despite the slot being very simple and hardly leaving any questions concerning how to play it, it is recommended to test it in demo free play mode without no deposit. Given the slot’s popularity, many slot sites offer such a possibility. Also, this can be done directly on the website of NetEnt. This looks as the best way of doing it as apart from several trailers of the game, there is a detailed FAQ section to provide a comprehensive answer to any question.
As soon as the rules are clear and the player is ready to start betting real money, the game requires initial adjustments using the available in-game controls:
- setting the coin value according to personal preferences, it would also set the bet value;
- set the bet value according to player’s personal preferences;
- max bet will set all the above values to maximum allowed values;
- spin button to spin the reels;
- auto-play option to spin the reels for a predeterminednumber of times;
Conclusion
Aloha! Cluster Pays is righteously considered to be one of the most successful developments of the NetEnt team’s due to its outstanding graphics and innovative features. Since its release is March, 2016, the game continues gaining popularity reaching the gaming portfolio of best online casino sites. In addition, this fact is revealed by researching over the testimonials from players seemingly love this slot game’s aggressive style. Overall, the cherished features of this slot game are as follow:
- flexible betting system, allows playing to players with a very different budget;
- low volatility – it is rather a feature than a plus for people who prefer continuous winning steps instead of risking big to win a potentially huge jackpot;
- interesting bonus and free spins features, prolific player-wise bonus system;
- high RTP rating of up to 96.4% depending on the casino;
- jackpot of up to 200 000 US dollars.
