Symbols and Winning Combinations

Of course, Big Kahuna has thematic symbols, which complete the color palette of the game. The visuals & the symbols lift the mood. There are 10 regular symbols: a shaman, a lizard & 8 kinds of fruit. The fruit symbols are a little bit old-schooled, but still look captivating.

Game Symbols from the highest value to the lowest:

• Dancing Shaman Symbol
• Lizard Symbol
• Lemon Symbol
• Kiwi Symbol
• Lychee Symbol
• Watermelon Symbol
• Pineapple Symbol
• Raspberry Symbol

The Dancing Shaman has the highest value. If the bet is set to maximum – £22.5, the Winning Combinations will be: 2 lined up symbols – £10, 3 lined up symbols – £25, 4 lined up symbols – £150, 5 lined up symbols – £500.

The Raspberry Symbol is least valuable. For example, 5 landed symbols give £100. The Pineapple Symbol has the same Winning Combinations.

Furthermore, there are 4 special symbols, which trigger bonus games & pay out a lot! The special symbols are: The Wild Symbol (game logo), the Bonus Scatter Symbols (monkey), the Golden Volcano Symbol & the Tribal Mask Symbol.

Big Kahuna Slot Game – Free Spins & Bonuses

Big Kahuna has a very specific bonus strategy, because this slot doesn’t have Free Spins. Can you imagine that? But instead of free rounds, many bonus games are activated frequently. The bonus symbols and the bonus games have great payouts, making everyone forget about the Free Spins feature.

Big Kahuna’s Bonus Features:

• WILD payoffs
• SCATTER payoffs
• Volcano Bonus Game
• Mask Bonus Game

The Wild Symbol, represented by the game logo, covers only the fruit symbols. Even if only 1 symbol pops up on the reels, it will pay off (£2). The super colossal payoff is, when 5 Wilds land on the reels and this is £8000!

Next is the Bonus Scatter Symbol, represented by a smiling monkey. The wins from the Scatters are multiplied by the total number of credits wagered.

Monkey Scatters payoffs:

• 2 symbols = £3
• 3 symbols = £10
• 4 symbols = £25
• 5 symbols = £200

The Volcano Bonus is a bonus game, which is activated, when 3/4/5 Volcano symbols line up on the reels corresponding to one of the 9 paylines. On the screen will appear some fruits. What the player needs to do is to choose a fruit that will be thrown into a Hawaiian volcano. A kind of a sacrifice for the Gods. Each fruit has a secret prize. So, the sacrificed fruit’s prize will be offered to the spinner. The size of the win depends on how many symbols activated the bonus feature:

• 3 Volcanoes = 25 – 625 coins
• 4 Volcanoes = 50 – 1 000 coins
• 5 Volcanoes = 100 – 2 500 coins

The Mask Bonus is another bonus game, which is triggered, when 3/4/5 Tribal Mask symbols fall on the reels. As a result, 10 Tiki Masks will show up. The player needs to pick some masks, in order to turn them and reveal the cash prizes. It’s like a ‘Pick me up Feature’. The user exposes the Masks, until the “Collect” button appears. In case the player doesn’t pick enough bonus amounts, he/she will receive a consolation win. The same with the size of the wins.

• 3 Masks = 14 – 1 650 coins
• 4 Masks = 14 – 2 900 coins
• 5 Masks = 14 – 4 375 coins
