- Four checks, no score
Offshore sites that accept players from the United States. Every page is built from the operator’s own terms and the licence register, and the date of the last check is printed on it.

Offshore sites that accept players from the United States. There are 7 reviews in this catalogue.
A review stays published after a brand leaves our lists: the reason it left belongs on the record just as much as the reason it was listed. The licence line, the cashier and the bonus terms come first, because those are the three things that decide whether a payout arrives — and there is no score out of ten anywhere on this site.

How to read a review on this site
Each page opens with the record: licence and register, the cashier as written, the welcome offer with its wagering multiplier, and the point at which documents become mandatory. Where a figure is not published by the operator, the field is left out rather than filled with an estimate.
Why a Canadian site lists US-facing brands
Two reasons, both practical. Canadians travel and work across the border, and an account that stops working on arrival is worth knowing about in advance. And the brands that accept American players are a signal in themselves: they operate under licences that do not bar the United States, which tells you how the operator reads its own restricted-countries clause.
What "US-facing" means, and what it does not
It means the operator's terms leave the United States off the restricted list and the cashier works from a US connection. It does not mean the site is licensed anywhere in America. Legal online casino play there is a state matter: a handful of states licence it, several more licence sports betting only, and the rest licence neither. An offshore site accepting a player in a state that licences nothing is not a licensed operator there, whatever its own page implies.
What these pages check
The restricted-countries clause as written, including the individual states some operators exclude separately. Whether the cashier handles dollars at all or coin only, since card payments across the border fail more often than they clear. Whether identity documents are demanded before a first payout, and what form they take for a non-resident. And whether geo-blocking is enforced in practice — the point at which a VPN belongs in a discussion of the operator's terms rather than in a how-to, because using one against those terms is the quickest route to a confiscated balance.
If you hold both a Canadian and a US connection
Dual residence and regular travel make this the most awkward category on the site. An operator that accepts both countries still enforces one set of terms, and the address on your documents decides which. A deposit made from Toronto and a withdrawal requested from Buffalo can land in a review queue for exactly that reason, and the operator is within its terms when it asks which country you actually live in before releasing the money. The workable answer is to keep registration details, payment method and connection in one country, and to read the operator's wording on dual residence before the first deposit rather than after a payout is held.
